EARLY GALLE ENAMELED VASE.

Early Galle vase has faceted bottom and slightly flaring top in smoky brown glass. Vase is decorated with heavily enameled plants with blue and green leaves extending up the front of the vase with a flying grasshopper above. Vase is signed on the underside “E. Galle Nancy” along with a stylized insect with initials “EG” concealed in the body as well as “Jesvis ouvrier Jy bonhevr”. SIZE: 11-1/2″ t.
