An unusually large German character child by K*R, circa 1910, with flirty blue glass eyes. The doll is on a jointed composition teenage body with original finish, dressed in a white cotton outfit, and a light brown human hair wig. Marked on the rear of head “K*R SIMON & HALBIG 117n 85”. A desirable character child and known as the open mouth counter part to the closed mouth 117 or 117A version. Beautiful smooth even bisque free of cheek rubs, eye chips, etc. SIZE: 33″ t. CONDITION: Overall nice original condition to compo body, bisque head free of any damage as stated above. One eyeball shows evidence of repair.
