Lovely round-faced child with head incised “Sie C.6″ with large brown paperweight eyes, closed mouth with full lips, well-defined ears, evenly arched thick eyebrows and tiny upper and lower lashes. She is on original unmarked fully jointed wood and composition body with straight wrists and stubby fingers and wears an elaborate cream silk, lace and French style costume with matching bonnet as well as a replaced mohair wig over cork pate. Shoes are antique light brown leather with antique gold knit stockings. SIZE: 28-1/2” t (22cm). CONDITION: Very good with perhaps one replaced finger on left hand. 37444-23 (8,000-10,000) – Lot 2164
