DUFFNER & KIMBERLY FLORAL BORDER TABLE LAMP.

Unusual Duffner & Kimberly table lamp has floral border surrounding the skirt. Each floral section has acid carved flowers with green centers and occasional green leaf. The panels are reverse painted with the colors added to the backside of the glass panels. The flower petals and leaves are outlined in black enamel on the front side giving the illusion of leading. The shade is finished with 16 plain tapering panels of swirled green, brown and cream glass. Unsigned. Shade rests on a simple Duffner & Kimberly base with vertically ribbed stem, three-socket cluster, and heart heat cap. Base is finished in a dark brown patina. Unsigned. SIZE: Shade is 18-1/2″ dia. Lamp is 23″ t. CONDITION: Shade is very good to excellent. Base has wear and discoloration to patina and one replaced socket. 5-68768 (1,750-2,250) – Lot 2136
