*WINCHESTER MODEL 1900 BOLT ACTION BOY’S RIFLE.

NSN. Cal. .22 S/L. 18″ rnd bbl, straight grained gum wood stock with no buttplate attached. Bbl shows 2-line Winchester address and patent mark, dated August 29, 1899. Early production. Bolt head is recessed for cartridge. Trigger guard is beveled at front and rear. Butt of stock is rounded. CONDITION: Very good for this model. Bbl retains 20-30% orig blue that has drifted to a smooth plum/brown patina. Bbl markings are sharp. Standard sights are very good. Bore is frosty with strong rifling. Bolt is bright with smooth gray/brown patina. Stock is very good with handling marks and dents overall and some wear at the toe. An opportunity to obtain a scarce early production Winchester model 1900 bolt action rifle, seldom seen in this condition. 51500-10 TEP (1,000-2,000) C&R – Lot 2118
