Late 19th/early 20th century. The bold scrolled arabesque medallion in shades of light brown and pale green with terracotta highlights on a midnight blue ground with rows of dense polychrome floral trellis work within deeply scrolled floral vinery spandrels in colors matching the center medallion all within a terracotta main border of scrolling floral vinery alternating with floral filled urns within multiple polychrome guard borders. SIZE: 12′ 10″ x 19′ 10″. CONDITION: This fine example with overall wear. The foundation visible in several areas. Carpet retains vibrant palette.
