SN 49267. Cal. . 38-55. 26″ rnd bbl, full mag, blue finish, straight grained American walnut stocks with crescent buttplate. CONDITION: Fine. Bbl and mag tube retain 80% of the blue finish that is drifting into a pleasing plum/brown patina. Sporting sights are very good. Bbl markings are sharp. Bore is bright with strong rifling. Receiver retains 70% blue with most of the wear at the carry point. Hammer and lever both show a generous amount of case color that is vivid in protected areas. Tang marking is sharp. Stocks are fine, full sized, and show only minuscule handling marks and scratches overall. Buttplate is a silver/gray patina with strong traces of case color. Forend cap retains 80% blue.
