The needlework behind a black and gold bordered glass below which is titled “Mount Vernon”. SIZE: Sight: 16-1/4″ x 22-1/2″. Overall: 20-1/2″ x 26-1/2″. PROVENANCE: Original contents from the estate of Louise Alida Livingston, Oyster Bay, L.I., N.Y. Removed from the family home, Greenport L. I., N.Y. CONDITION: Glass has cracks in bottom left with some loss to title, silk has stable cracks in top sky which appear to have been glued, a few other cracks in lower right sky, otherwise good. 51941-27 (500-800) – Lot 2077
