Early 19th century, American. Tin, round seamed shaft terminating in fluted, crimped cap with original hanging chain. Double cone ribbed body, supporting 6 removable down-swept rolled edge arms, clean-out slotted candlecups and pie-crust crimped drip pans, the whole terminating in weighted double conical pendant with flattened disc between.
