1) 19th century England. Dark blue Staffordshire “States Pattern” plate with impressed Clews mark, with central Georgian home motif. 2) Circa 19th century. Dark blue Staffordshire “States Pattern” plate with impressed Clews mark, with central motif, manor house with sheep. 3) Dark blue Staffordshire “States Pattern” shallow bowl with impressed Clews mark, with central motif, mansion with fisherman. 4&5) Two dark blue Staffordshire “States Pattern” plates with impressed Clews mark, with central motif, mansion with fisherman. 6&7) 20th century. Dark blue Staffordshire plates “Home of Washington Mount Vernon” with the mark of Rowland & Marsellus, Staffordshire, England. 8) 20th century. Dark blue Staffordshire plate “Lincoln’s House, Springfield Illinois”, bearing the sphinx mark of Petrus Regout and Co., Maastricht. 9) 20th century. Large flow blue vegetable bowl with “USS Brooklyn”, battleship transfer decorated center. Unmarked. CONDITION: 1) Very good with tiny scratch. 2) Large old repair to edge, central hairline repair, wear and scratches. 3) Very good with minor underglaze chip on reverse (manufacturing flaw). 4&5) Both are in very good condition with minor scratches. 6&7) Very good minor scratches. 8) Very good with minor scratches. 9) Having three inch edge chip re-glued and restored, wear to gold decoration, and darkening to reverse. 9-94556 (700-900) – Lot 2065
