*WINCHESTER MODEL 1892 TAKEDOWN RIFLE.

SN 738554. Cal. .25 WCF. 24″ oct bbl, full mag, sporting sights, blue finish, straight grained American walnut stocks with steel shotgun buttplate. CONDITION: Fine. Bbl and mag retain a considerable amount of orig blue that is blending evenly with a smooth plum/brown patina. Bbl marks are sharp. Sights very good. Bore is frosty with strong rifling. Receiver retains 60-70% blue finish with carry wear on the bottom and right side. Hammer and lever retain 50% orig blue. Tang markings are sharp and clear. Stocks are fine and full sized, and retain nearly all of the varnish finish and show very few handling marks overall, some slight abrasion on right side of buttstock. Buttplate shows traces of blue, as does the forend cap with the balance a plum/brown patina.
