MONUMENTAL DAUM CAMEO & ENAMEL VASE.

Monumental Daum vase is decorated with green cameo stems and leaves extending from the foot upward leading to cameo columbine flowers set against a frosted and acid textured background of mottled purple shading to yellow. Leaves and stems are further decorated with shaded green enamel and the flowers are nicely detailed in shades of red. Signed on the side in cameo “Daum Nancy” with the Cross of Lorraine. SIZE: 21-1/4″ t. CONDITION: Very good to excellent with a small white inclusion at surface on side of the vase that at first looks like a chip, but is in fact a small inclusion from the making. 5-69151 (9,000-12,000) – Lot 2062
