DAUM SEAGULL VASE.

Daum vase is decorated with cameo and enameled seagulls flying over the ocean with a setting sun in the background. A sea turtle lifts his head from the waves looking up at one of the seagulls. Seagulls and turtle have gray enameled details to feathers and turtle shell. Cameo decoration is set against an opalescent shading to white background. Finished with gilded lip, foot and sun rays. Signed on the underside in gold “Daum Nancy” with the Cross of Lorraine. SIZE: 7-1/2″ t. CONDITION: Very good to excellent. 5-69148 (10,000-15,000) – Lot 2061
