Light blue Staffordshire dinner plate “W. Penn’s Treaty” marked TG (Thomas Green or Thomas Godwin). Circa 19th Century. 6) Circa 19th Century. Green transfer Staffordshire plate “Texian Campaigne” marked JB (James Beech) with pearl glaze. 7)19th Century. Dark blue Staffordshire transfer dinner plate “Federal Hall Wall St.” bearing the mark Rowland & Marsellus.
