Hull & Stafford of Clinton, CT produced this mid to late 19th century windup floor train showing cast iron wheels with piston action driving toy forward. Retains original wood nose and stack which are highly decorated with colorful pinstriping…all adding to a great Folk Art look. Cab is hand-painted tin. Toy retains original bell. SIZE: 10″ l. CONDITION: Loco appears all original and complete. Chip to wood at front of toy. Windup mechanism is working. Paint is good. 48379-1 (2,000-3,000) – Lot 2054
