SN 131695. Cal. .45-70. 22″ rnd bbl, half mag with patented ivory bead front sight, blue finish, straight grained American walnut stocks with Winchester hard rubber shotgun buttplate. Bbl and mag show 50% blue with the balance turning plum/brown. Markings are sharp and clear. Bore is frosty with strong rifling. Sights are very good. Receiver retains 20% blue, especially in protected areas with the balance turning a plum/brown patina, some scratching on left side. Tang markings are sharp. Hammer and lever show traces of case color in protected areas. Stocks are very good, full size and show slight handling marks overall, commensurate with the age of the gun. Buttplate is very good with sharp checkering and logo and a slight chip at the toe. Forend cap shows traces of blue finish.
