First quarter 20th century, Nantucket Island, MA. This nice split rattan and ash, unsigned example with original sage green paint. Round basket with carved ash handle affixed with brass rivet mounts and leather washers. Rim brass tacked and rattan wrapped. Ash base in 2-parts. SIZE: 7-1/4″ h x 11-1/2″ dia.
