Loetz inkwell in the Medici pattern has red iridescent oil spot decoration against a gold iridescent background. Hinged lid has red iridescent oil spots against a cream colored background. Body of inkwell, as well as the lid, are further decorated with blue iridescent applied thread loops extending out from the silver plated collar. Unsigned. SIZE: 2-3/4″ t x 4-1/4″ dia. CONDITION: Very good. There is some minor wear to plating on collar, clasp and hinge. Glass lid has 2 small open bubbles from the making. 5-69789 (450-650) – Lot 2021
