WINCHESTER THIRD MODEL 1873 SADDLE RING CARBINE IN RARE .32 WCF CALIBER.

SN 484281B. Cal. .32 WCF. 20″ bbl with full mag, stepped receiver with saddle ring attached, straight grained American walnut stocks with carbine buttplate. CONDITION: Very good. Bbl and mag tube show an even plum/brown patina overall with traces of blue in protected areas. Bbl markings are sharp. Carbine sights are very good. Bore is frosty with visible rifling. Receiver retains generous traces of orig blue in protected areas with the balance turning a plum/brown patina. Left side of receiver has a saddle ring shadow. Elevator is a mottled mustard patina with a sharp marking Tang marking are sharp and clear. Stocks are very good, full sized with some handling marks overall. Buttplate and bbl band are a gray/brown patina. A nice example of a ’73 SRC in a fairly rare cal. 51379-11 TEP (4,000-5,000) – Lot 2020
