TIFFANY STUDIOS BYZANTINE INKWELL.

Tiffany Studios inkwell has cast bronze body in Byzantine design with beaded circles surrounding top of inkwell each set with turquoise colored cabochon jewels with green faceted glass jewels in between. Center of lid is set with turquoise glass cabochon with opalescent beads surrounding. Side of inkwell has un-decorated square bronze panels, each separated by beaded trim. Finished in gold patina. Signed on underside “Tiffany Studios New York 843”. Complete with glass insert. SIZE: 2-3/4″ t x 4-5/8″ dia. CONDITION: 2 opalescent glass beads are chipped, some minor wear to patina, otherwise very good. 50501-145 (4,000-6,000) – Lot 2013
