*BERETTA MODEL 627EELL SIDE BY SIDE SHOTGUN. Cal. 12ga. Fine sideplate shotgun with 28″ screw choke bbls, swamped smooth tapered rib with single bead and dbl. lump. Receiver and sideplates are coin finished with the sideplates having fine game scene panels of rising woodcock on the left side and mallards on the right side. Bottom of the receiver and floorplate have about 80% coverage, very fine arabesque patterns and floral panels. The triggerguard is signed “BOTTEGA C GIOVANELLI”. Wood is of highly figured Circassian walnut with short beavertail forearm and pistol grip stock, 14-1/2″ over an original brown recoil pad. It is fitted with ejectors and single selective trigger. Accompanied by its original blue canvas and leather case containing three additional chokes and the choke tube wrench. SN A39391A. CONDITION: Excellent. Has been fired but retains about all of its original finish to both metal and wood with very minor handling and storage marks on the buttstock with a couple of small dings and a small cleaned spot in the finish. 4-45936 JR500 (1,000-2,000)
