WINCHESTER MODEL 1866 MUSKET. Cal. 44RF. Standard musket with 27″ round bbl, full magazine, full-length forearm, 3-bands, sling swivels, Henry-style ladder sight, brass buttplate with trap. Accompanied by an original socket bayonet. SN 77718. CONDITION: About good. Retains most of a fine refinish to both metal and wood. Receiver has been draw filed and polished leaving the brass a light mustard color. Bright shiny bore. The bayonet, also polished, with scattered fine pitting. 4-46596 JR205 (2,000-3,000)
