Copyright 1907 by Wolf & Co. 2) “Kis-Me” chewing gum die cut sign of woman in green cloak against floral garland. From the American Chicle Co., Louisville, Ky. 3) “Kis-Me” chewing gum embossed die cut sign with illustration of flirtatious brunette posing within border of embossed cherries. 4) Cogan’s Taffy-Tolu gum embossed cardboard sign of two fashionably attired ladies embarking on a row boat. 5) “Kis-Me” chewing gum embossed cardboard die cut of woman adorned with white ostrich feathers. Copyrighted by Falk, N.Y. 6) “Kis-Me” chewing gum embossed cardboard die cut of classically posed young lady in pink outfit with reticulated rose vine background. This is a portion of the bottom side panel from an Autosales Gum & Chocolate Co. Vendor, circa 1899. Colorful image of Victorian woman on this partial panel, set in a custom routed wood frame. 10) 1907 calendar from the A.O. Schramm Grocery & Produce Co., Flat River, Mo. of an embossed cardboard trolley car. SIZE: 1) Overall 14-1/2″ w x 19-1/2″ h. 2) 7″ w x 13″ h. 3) 11-3/4″ w x 17-1/4″ h. 4) 6-1/4″ w x 8″ h. 5) 6-3/4″ w x 8″ h. 6) 9-1/2″ w x 15″ h. 7) 6″ w x 8-3/4″ h. 8) 16″ w x 9″ h. 9) Image: 6-1/2″ dia. 10) 13-3/4″ x 8-1/2″. CONDITION: 1) Very good to excellent; staple holes at bottom margin indicate this was probably a calendar from 1908; appears to be in original frame. 2) Very good to excellent. 3) Near excellent. 4) Slight discoloration to portion of bottom edge, otherwise near excellent. 5) Very good to excellent. 6) Overall very good with some loss to perimeter portions of rose vine. 7) Very good to excellent. 8) Few light scratches and scuffs; some loss lower portions of decal. 9) Near Excellent. 10) Very good. 1-14916 (2,000-2,500) – Lot 1773
