Well defined cast figure of a street urchin smoking a cigar. Figure would have attached to a fuel source and a flame would emit from the tip of his cigar. Pedestal base holds plaque reading “Le Siffleur” (The Whistler). SIZE: 16-1/2″ h. CONDITION: Some wear to painted surfaces with small, old surface stress crack to left ankle.
