CARVED KENTUCKY FLINTLOCK RIFLE NSN. Cal. .41, 39″ oct. bbl. There is an unreadable name at the rear of the bbl. Lock is marked “M. M. MASLIN/WARRANTED.” The carving on the stock is very deeply incised and is probably not original to the gun. CONDITION: Rust-brown overall with wrench marks at the rear of the bbl. Stock has been broken and repaired in several places, patchbox lid is sprung, and the ramrod is a replacement. 4-47421 FS311 (1,500-2,500)
