PARKER LEADED AND METAL OVERLAY TABLE LAMP.

Charles Parker table lamp has caramel slag bent panels which lead to a leaded floral border in colors of red, amber, blue, yellow and green. Floral border has a metal overlay design outlining the flowers and creating an irregular border with an art deco stylized fleur de lis design. Shade ring has an openwork stylized floral border. Metal overlay is finished in a light brown patina. Shade rests on a cast Charles Parker & Co. base with a dragon encircling the stem and stylized flowers bordering the foot. Base has a dark brown patina. Base and shade are unsigned. SIZE: Shade 19-3/4″ dia. Lamp 22″ t. CONDITION: Shade has four metal overlay strips that separate the bent panels that have come loose from the shade ring and need to be repaired. Glass is all very good. Base is very good to excellent with replaced socket guts. Rewired with contemporary plastic cord. 44208-3 (1,500-2,500) – Lot 1746
