Colin Richardson contemporary paperweight on a clear ground featuring brown, white and orange orchids with green leaves growing on a moss-covered log. Signed on the side in etched letters “Colin Richardson 2012 – (illegible) Ill. 19 1/1”. Winners of the Royal Horticultural Society orchid show inspired the design as well as botanical illustrations. Since 1897 the Orchid Committee has been recording prize-winning orchids. SIZE: 3-1/2″ dia.
