JAPANESE MATCHLOCK RIFLE. NSN. Cal. .54, 40-1/2″ stepped bbl with sheet silver inlay. These inlays include an unrecognized man at the rear and two birds among leaves and branches. CONDITION: Heavy rust on bbl with about 20% of the silver inlay missing and other pieces loose. Stock has chips missing and some of the brass inlays. Lock does not work. 4-47346 FS292 (1,000-1,500)
