Art glass inkwell by glass artist William Carson has center bands of colored glass canes in green, white, brown and amber within a clear crystal angled block. The inkwell has a silver collar and stopper. The stopper is fitted with a centered disc of black and white striped glass. Signed on the underside “William Carson 1981”.
