TWO INTAGLIO CARVED HORSE VASES.

1) Intaglio carved vase has blue cut to clear frosting scene of horses in a field with trees and fences in the background. Signed near the lip with artist’s initials. 2) Intaglio carved base has blue cut to clear frosted scene of horses galloping at oceans edge with a small wooden boat nearby. Signed on the side with the artist’s initials. Shade has a scalloped lip. SIZE: 1) 12-1/8″ t. 2) 12″ t. CONDITION: 1) Very good with a scratch across the polished lip and two tiny flea bites. 2) It appears there was a large chunk of glass chipped out of the lip that was glued back in, but with areas of missing glass.
