*E.J. CHURCHILL HIGH GRADE BOXLOCK WITH CASE.SN 6444. 12 ga. 29″ bbls. 2-3/4″ chambers. CHOKED: Mod/Full. Full length stippled rib with steel front bead. Double triggers, automatic ejectors, automatic safety. Full pistol grip buttstock checkered in 2-pt pattern with 14″ LOP over red Silvers pad with initial oval marked “G.C.B.”. Splinter forearm with Curtis release checkered in 3-pt pattern. Receiver is nicely and finely scroll engraved with “E.J. Churchill” in banner on both right and left side. Trigger plate is nicely engraved with a crown at front surrounded by scroll. Trigger guard and top lever are nicely scroll engraved. WEIGHT: 7 lbs. 7 oz. CONDITION: Very good. Bbls, trigger guard, trigger plate and top lever retain most of a professional quality restored blued finish with a couple of light handling marks. Receiver has toned gray with a trace or two of orig case color near trigger guard in protected areas. Buttstock and forearm retain most of their professionally restored finish.
