Dark case hardened sidelock self-opening action has near full coverage of relief carved acanthus and scrolls surrounding Bulino game scenes of ducks. Bottom scene is signed “Baer” (Larry Baer, noted author of “The Parker Gun”, and well accomplished craftsman). Nicely figured European walnut straight grip stock features engraved skeleton steel buttplate. Weight: 6 lbs 15 oz. LOP: 14-3/8″. High quality leather case contains cleaning equipment and choke tubes and wrench. PROVENANCE: Larry Baer Estate Collection. CONDITION: Excellent, near new, with light handling marks.
