ROYAL ART GLASS CO. LEADED CHANDELIER.

Leaded glass chandelier by Royal Art Glass Co. has stylized red flowers at the end of long curving stems, all set against a geometric caramel slag background. Each panel is separated by red and green stylized fleur-de-lis design against caramel slag background. The shade is suspended from a 4-arm bracket with center pipe supporting the 3-socket cluster. Shade is complete with chain and ceiling cap. Unsigned. A photograph of a similar example is illustrated on page 273 in the book Mosaic Shades Volume II by Paul Crist. The photograph is that of a display at the New York Home Furnishing Show in 1912. SIZE: 24″ dia. CONDITION: Very good with some corrosion to solder where crown attaches to shade, some tight hairlines, no missing glass. 51975-4 (2,000-2,500) – Lot 1715
