HANDEL ROSE BORDER TABLE LAMP.

Handel table lamp has leaded glass shade with a narrow skirt of red roses and green leaves. Rosebuds and leaves extend onto the cone-shaped top of shade against a background of striated green glass. Unsigned. Shade rests on a Handel metal base with triangular shaped foot and three curving legs supporting the vertically ribbed riser and 3-socket cluster. The base is complete with an openwork fleur-de-lis cap and is finished in a rich brown patina with subtle green highlights. Signed on the underside “Handel”. SIZE: Shade 19-1/2″ dia. Lamp 24-3/4″ t. CONDITION: Shade has several tight hairlines in the rose border and several tight hairlines in the large green background panels. Base is very good with some blistering to finish.
