FRAMED PHOTO PRINT OF GENERAL JESSE LEE RENO. This large photo print depicts the same Jesse Lee Reno whose sword we sold in our March 2001 auction. This sword was, of course, the fabulous Ames jewel presentation sword which, at the time, set World Record for an Ames sword. The gold plated cased sword was presented post-humorously to Reno after his death at South Mountain on Sept. 14, 1862. This photo print was in fact part of the same family lot, acquired at the same auction at the time the sword was acquired. It is in an oval frame with a New York label on the back. SIZE: 12″x 9″. CONDITION: Print is fine, some minor scratching to the finish on the frame otherwise generally good. FS784 4-47586 (200-400)
