SN 6853. 12 ga. 32” bbl. 3″ chamber. Screw in chokes. Full length matted ventilated rib, blued trigger, automatic ejector and safety. Full pistol grip stock checkered in 2-pt pattern with 14-1/2″ LOP over Perazzi waffle pad with small Monte Carlo. Buttstock is an incredible piece of straight grain walnut. Trap forend checkered in 4-pt diamond pattern. Master engraved and gold inlaid. Gothic lion type figures in gold on sides of frame surrounded by masterfully executed rose and scroll engraving. Bottom of frame with two gold angels and hanging game, duck on left, rabbit on right. All surrounded by extraordinarily high quality scroll and leaf work. Trigger guard, bow and trigger plate are fully engraved. The model designation is in gold on front portion of frame. PROVENANCE: The Collection of Robert Burg. CONDITION: Exceptionally fine, near new. Likely test fired only. Retains virtually all of its orig finish to both wood and metal with only minute handling marks. Mechanics are crisp and smooth.
