SN 1932158. Cal. .45. 5″ bbl. Light gray/green phosphate finish overall. Brown plastic G.I. grips. “FJA” (Frank J. Atwood) inspection marks on left. Ordnance wheel inspection on right rear of frame. Proper and correct High Standard bbl. Balance of components proper Remington Rand issue. Manufactured 1944. CONDITION: Very fine overall, with most factory finish remaining although slightly thinning from use. All inspectors marks, numbers and property marks are clear and legible. Excellent bore and mechanics. A very nice representative WWII 1911-A1. 50935-15 TDW (1,750-2,500) C&R – Lot 1664
