LOT OF 3 CIGARETTE AND TOBACCO ADVERTISING SIGNS.1) Prince Albert tobacco tin sign with illustration of “Chief Joseph – Nez Perce”. Appears to be in its original wood frame inside a shadow box frame. Lithographed by American Art Works, Coshocton, Ohio for the R. J. Reynolds Tobacco Co. 2) Egyptian Deities Cigarettes cardboard sign with image of a richly adorned young woman. In its original wood frame marked with incised lettering at the bottom “S. Anargyros”. 3) Mecca Cigarettes paper sign with dreamy illustration of a veiled Middle Eastern young lady appearing at a Moorish inspired arched window. In its original wood frame incised at the bottom with “Mecca Cigarettes”. Copyright 1908 by S. Anargyros. SIZE: 1) Image: 19″ w x 25″ h. 2) Overall: 28-3/4″ w x 20-3/4″ h. 3) Overall: 21-1/2″ w x 29-1/2″ h. PROVENANCE: The Collection of Richard J. Miller.
