RENE LALIQUE GROS POISSONS LUMINAIRE.

R. Lalique Gros Poissons luminaire has large clear glass figure of a fish with detailed scales and fins. Signed on the underside of the tail with engraved script signature “R. Lalique France and it rests on a bronze luminaire stand with cast decoration of foliage. Luminaire base has a single socket. Luminaire base is finished in a rich brown patina. Marcilhac 1101. SIZE: 15-1/4″ t including stand. 16” l. CONDITION: There is a small flea bite to bottom edge of foot on glass which is concealed when the fish is in the luminaire. Luminaire is very good with some minor wear to patina. Rewired with contemporary plastic cord. 48965-40 (6,000-8,000) – Lot 1651
