SN 6918E. Cal. 20 Ga. 26″ bbls. 2-1/2″ chambers. Choked: MOD/FULL. Full length matted rib with brass front bead, marked “HUNTER ARMS CO / FULTON NEW YORK”. Double triggers, automatic ejectors, automatic safety. Capped full pistol grip stock with 13-7/8″ LOP over serrated black hard plastic buttplate. Splinter forearm with banjo roll type forearm release and horn tip, checkered in 3-point pattern. Buttstock checkered in standard 2-point pattern. Receiver engraved in typical Grade 2 pattern with quail and scroll on right and left side and marked “L.C. SMITH”. Light scroll engraving on bottom of frame and trigger guard. Weight: 5 lb 14 oz. PROVENANCE: The Estate of B.E. “Andy” Anderson. CONDITION: Excellent, as partially refurbished. Bbls retain 90-95% of what could be their orig blue with minor handling marks. Receiver retains 30-40% light case color. Trigger guard retains 75-80% of what could be its orig blue or may be an early refinish. Buttstock and forearm professionally refinished and retain most of their hand rubbed finish with minor light handling marks. Mechanics are excellent.
