SN FW103811. Cal. 20 Ga. 30″ fluid steel bbls. 2-1/2″ chambers. Choked: FULL/FULL. Full length matted rib with twin “certifiable pre-ban ivory” beads. Bbls marked “L.C. SMITH SPECIALTY GRADE / HUNTER ARMS CO. INC. M’F’R’S FULTON, NY. USA”. Double triggers, extractors, automatic safety. Capped full pistol grip buttstock with 14″ LOP over serrated hard rubber buttplate. Splinter forearm with banjo roll type release and triangular horn tip, checkered in 3-point pattern. Buttstock checkered in 2-point pattern. Receiver engraved in standard Specialty pattern with open scroll and 2 quail in field scene on left and several ducks in marsh scene on right. Bottom of frame and trigger guard also lightly open scroll engraved. Weight: 6 lb 9 oz. PROVENANCE: The Estate of B.E. “Andy” Anderson. Special Note: This item contains or is made of ivory. Buttstock and forearm retain most of their orig finish with light handling marks throughout, though may have had some finish applied through the years for conservation.
