SN 3018E. Cal. .410 ga. 2 sets of 26″ chopper lump bbls, each with their own ejector forend. Blued boxlock action features Miller selective trigger with selector on tang. Left side of action is marked “Iver Johnson SKEET-ER”. American walnut straight grip buttstock with marbling similar to that found in European walnut, is checkered at grip, and measures 14-1/2″ over ribbed composition buttplate. Forends are of beavertail type, and have Deeley releases. An area has been milled out at head of iron on set “2” to remove weight, and set “1” has lead weight screwed in. “1” BBLS: Bore diameter at muzzles: left -.401, right -.405. Drop at heel: 2-1/2″, drop at comb: 1-9/16″. Weight: 6 lbs 10 oz. LOP: 14-1/2″. “2” BBLS: Bore diameter at muzzles: left -.398, right -.389. Drop at heel: 2-9/16″, drop at comb: 1-9/16″. Weight: 6 lbs 5 oz. LOP: 14-1/2″. Gold cordura case is lined in burgundy cloth with paper Iver Johnson label in lid. Case contains 2-pc brass and rosewood cleaning rod with mop, brush and jag in black leather case, square oil bottle, and a pair of snap caps, as well as the key. Bbls retain over 95% of what appears to be their orig blue. Action retains approx 80% of its blue, silvered on bottom and sharp edges from normal hand wear. Stocks retain nearly all of what appears to be their orig finish with a number of light marks, checkering lightly worn. Bores are excellent. Action is tight.
