One of the finest advertisements from this Alton, Ill. brewery is this transfer lithograph decorated milk glass sign housed in its original copper flashed metal frame with original tin corner bracket. The housing encloses several porcelain light sockets with tube-style lamps. When plugged in it produces a rather dramatic effect. Manufactured by The Meyercord Co., Chicago, circa 1915.
