SN 36080. Cal. 38 ACP. Improved version of the Model 1900 and the Model 1902 Sporting Model. 6″ bbl, 8-rnd magazine, high polish commercial blue overall with peacock blue trigger, magazine stop, and vividly case colored hammer with lanyard swivel. Made with the internal extractor as opposed to the ’02 Sporting and the 1900. A major increase in reliability and function with factory letter. Shipped to Union Hardware & Metal Company, Los Angeles, California, on September 18, 1912, with five guns. CONDITION: Very fine overall, with most blue finish remaining. Bright shiny bore and crisp mechanics. 2-pc hard rubber Colt grips are exceptionally fine with very little wear with no damage or distress. Most all peacock blue finish on trigger and slide release and most case colors remaining on hammer.
