SN 42134. Cal. .38 Auto. 6″ bbl. Blue finish with rampant Colt hard rubber grips. Case colored hammer and lanyard loop. Manufacture 1919. Accompanied with numbers matching box, instructions and hang tag. PROVENANCE: The Charles Copeland, Jr. Collection. CONDITION: Superb overall, with virtually all factory deep blue finish remaining. Hammer and lanyard loop retain virtually all vivid case colors. Correct factory mag shows slight wear. Bore and mechanics are excellent. Very slight trace of corrosion is evident on right side of grips frame. Grips are excellent with no cracking or loss. An exceptional 1902. Box is very fine with excellent label and legible numbers, ppw and instructions are well preserved, top of box has come loose but is present. 50823-4 TDW (4,000-5,000) C&R – Lot 1624
