ANHEUSER-BUSCH CUSTER’S LAST FIGHT LITHOGRAPH.

Well-known image depicting a panoramic scene of the annihilation of Custer’s troops and was a popular advertisement produced by the company. This is the earlier 1896 version and is housed in its original gilt gesso frame which has been affixed with a light to shine on the busy and bloody action below. SIZE: 48″ w x 38-1/4″ h overall. CONDITION: Couple of small margin tears and some water staining with some reaching into the image itself. This has resulted in some rippling to the paper in the upper right quadrant.
