COLT MODEL 1851 NAVY CONVERSION REVOLVER. SN 2974, matching except wedge which has no number, the cylinder number was originally 8385 but 974 has been added in the proper numbers under it. Cal. .38RF, 7-1/2″ oct. bbl. 2-line patent markings on left side of frame. Ejector rod assembly is a replacement. CONDITION: Gray patina with light to moderate pitting. Grips have about 50% varnish, mostly on the left side, the right side has been filed and drilled at the bottom. There are a number of small sharp dents at the rear of the frame. 4-47129 FS404 (800-1,500)
