COLT MODEL 1851 NAVY NAVY CONVERSION REVOLVER. SN 58983, matching except cylinder 9751 and wedge which has no number. Cal. .38CF, 7-1/2″ oct. bbl. Marked “U.S.N./J.L.H.” on the butt. Some screws are replaced. CONDITION: Strong traces of case-hardening colors on the frame with scratching from cleaning, mostly gray patina elsewhere, all mixed with surface rust and light pitting. Grips have been re-varnished but show little wear. Action is fine. 4-46221 (3,000-4,000)
