SN 131719. 12GA. Uncommon LC Smith Skeet Grade Featherweight shotgun. 28″bbls, extractor, marked “LC SMITH-SKEET SPECIAL” on top right barrel. Choked F/IM. Double triggers. Sidelock, double trigger action with pigeon/claybird engraving on left plate and flying pigeon on right. Black capped pistol grip stock and splinter forend. 14.75″ LOP over solid red “Old English” pad. CONDITION: Overall very good as 100% professionally refinished. Barrel blue is excellent. Barrels ring true. Action tight and functioning without issue. Case color vibrant w/ slight fading on receiver bottom. Checkering softened and has some varnish overlay. Overall varnish finish looks to be inadvertently chemically dulled in places, mostly on top half of stock. Scattered very light handling marks.
