*SPECIAL ORDER IVER JOHNSON HERCULES GRADE .410GA SXS SHOTGUN.SN 100. Cal. 410 ga. 3″ Chamber. 28″ raised rib bbls with single gold bead that are unmarked. Blued boxlock non-ejector action is marked IVER JOHNSON’S/ARMS AND CYCLE WORKS/FITCHBURG MASS U.S.A. with double triggers. Mounted with straight hand walnut stock and two screw trigger tang, skipline checkering pattern incl sidepanels. Beavertail forend has Deeley style latch and is checkered to match (sn 30266). LOP 14.75″ over a black Kick-Eez pad an spacer. CONDITION: Very Good as partially restored. Stock head has a repaired crack on right side running back to the safety and a small chip out of the lower left side near the floorplate and retains most of a restored finish. Blue is thinning along edges, handling points and trigger tang. Forend is a bit loose. Mechanics crisp. Good bores. Nice little shooter. 50170-5 WD C&R (1,500-2,500) – Lot 1597
